How does it work?
- The programmers / designers work at 10:30 am to 7:00 pm our time [GMT + 5:30 hrs] or Flexible timings as per your request.
- Online on MSN, Yahoo, AOL, Skype for you so you can communicate directly and convey the requirements and check for updates daily. Fluency in English langauge.
- Overhead
charges: They are something that account to around 50% of candidates
salary. You don't have to pay anything additional / hidden charges
- All payments need to be made in advance, and a 15 days termination
notice is to be send from your side. The salaries are due for 1st week of every month
in advance, this helps in us having a smooth flow of work. They payment will be released to each candidate after getting performance report send by. If needed we can replace the candidate in case of any unprofessional way doing business.
